Armed robbers stormed a Brooklyn smoke shop Tuesday but came up empty handed, according to police.

BED STUY, NY — Armed robbers demanded property from a Bed Stuy smoke shop Tuesday but came up empty handed, according to NYPD.

A group of at least two robbers entered the store near Fulton Street and Bedford Avenue at about 11 a.m. Tuesday and demanded property from employees, police said. They displayed a firearm, but employees didn't turn anything over, police said.

The robbers fled the scene moving eastbound on Fulton Street, but police had not made any arrests Tuesday night, police said.

There were no reported injuries or property removed, according to police.
