
BROOKLYN, NY — A bank was robbed at gunpoint Tuesday around 1 p.m. in Bed-Stuy, New York City Police Department officials said.
Officials received a 911 call for a robbery underway at Chase Bank at 975 Bedford Ave. on Tuesday afternoon, where a perpetrator pulled out a gun and demanded money from bank employees.
Officials told Patch that the perpetrator fled in an unknown direction with an unknown amount of money.
