PHOTOS: Bed-Stuy Has a New Ramen Place, and It Looks Unbearably Good

Nana's Ramen on Malcolm X Blvd. served over 100 bowls on opening night on Monday.

BED-STUY, BROOKLYN – Bed-Stuy officially has a ramen establishment! Nana Ramen opened Monday night to a successful and enthusiastic showing, serving more than 100 bowls of ramen, it said.

Nana Ramen, by the owner of the former Nana in Park Slope (now closed) and Hachi in Williamsburg, sent Patch several photos of its mouth-watering dishes.

The new location is at 330 Malcolm X Boulevard, between Decatur and Bainbridge streets. There are seven ramen dishes served on the menu between $11 and $13, including the buzzed-about spicy ramen. Appetizers include shrimp shumai, tofu, tempura, and sashimi.
