BROOKLYN, NY — A celebration of Bed-Stuy and north Crown Heights is on its way to the Brooklyn Children's Museum.

Councilmember Chi Ossé — who represents Brooklyn's 36th District — has scheduled a "State of the District" event for early June at the museum's roof deck, he announced.

The event will include a swearing in ceremony for the council member, who became the youngest in the legislature when taking over the district this year.
