BED-STUY, BROOKLYN — A NYPD school crossing guard was arrested late Monday night for a domestic assault that involved a child, police said..

At just before 11 p.m. Monday, Ashaki Abraham, 30, was arrested in Bed-Stuy and charged with assault and injuring a child, officials said.

When asked for more details about the incident, police officials told Patch that the charges were related to a domestic incident, but did not provide any further information.

It is unclear how long Abraham has worked as a NYPD crossing guard, but police officials said she was off-duty at the time of the incident.
