Newly built Contemporary-American Bistro in the Bed-Stuy area is looking for a restaurant manager; must have 1 - 2 years experience.

Requirements: Ability to manage all aspects of a quality resturant operation, including menu design, costing and execution, proper food handling practices, food cost controls, employee training and a progressive management style.

Seeking well-trained and dependable candidates. Overall, the ideal candidate must be professional and extremely reliable in every manner.

Candidate must also hold a valid Food Handlers License and be well versed in Department of Health Guidelines and Regulations.
