Have You Seen the Bed-Stuy Food Truck Thief?
Surveillance video very clearly shows him up close climbing into a food truck and rummaging around.
BED-STUY, BROOKLYN — A man who was caught very clearly on surveillance video trying to break into a food truck in Bed-Stuy is still on the loose, police said Thursday.
Cops are looking for the ambitious food truck thief, who they said broke into the truck at 585 Dekalb Ave., by Home Depot, on Wednesday, Oct. 16 around 1:55 a.m. Video caught him rummaging around the truck, and it's unclear what exactly he's looking for.
Police described the man as having a chin strap beard, and he was last seen wearing a baseball hat, dark pants, and a multicolored sweater.
