BED STUY, NY - A new affordable housing lottery opened in Bed Stuy for residents making under $200,000.

Once the site of the Bright Light Family Worship Center, 488 Marcus Garvey Blvd., a new condo-style 18-unit building near Decatur Playground, opened its lottery to households bringing in an annual $80,572 to $165,230.

Six one bedroom units are currently available for a monthly rent of $2,350 at 130% of Area Median Income. You can check your AMI here.

Amenities include stainless steel kitchen appliances, in-unit washer/dryers and dishwashers, a gym, furnished rooftop deck, package room, and on site storage units. Tenants are responsible for electricity including stove, heat and hot water.
