Man Fatally Shot In Bed-Stuy's Saratoga Village: NYPD
A 59-year-old was shot and killed in NYCHA housing in Brooklyn Thursday, according to police.

BED-STUY, NY — A 59-year-old man was fatally shot Thursday in Saratoga Village housing in Bed-Stuy, police said.
Pernell Webster was shot in the arm and torso Thursday about 4:05 p.m. at the NYCHA complex on Saratoga Avenue near Halsey Street, according to the NYPD.
He was found on the 13th floor and transported to an area hospital, where he was later pronounced dead, police said.

Webster's shooter had not been caught Friday, police said.
Webster was not a resident at Saratoga but lived nearby on Ralph Avenue near Decatur Street.
