BED-STUY, NY — A man accused of trying to rape a 21-year-old woman in Bed-Stuy was still roaming free days later, police said.
The man hopped off his motorized scooter near Broadway and Macon Street about 10:20 p.m. on June 26 and tried to take the 21-year-old stranger's skirt off — which caused her to fall to the ground, according to the NYPD.
The man, who was in his late 30's, ran, and remained loose Saturday, according to police. The woman left with some cuts to her hands from the fall.
