Police Seek Suspects Who Robbed A 15-Year-Old In Bed-Stuy: NYPD

BROOKLYN, NY — Police are looking for three suspects who robbed a 15-year-old boy of his cell phone in Bed-Stuy last month, New York City Police Department officials said on Wednesday.

According to the NYPD, the young boy was walking on Tompkins Avenue between Halsey Street and Hancock Street on Oct. 17 at 3:25 p.m. when three perpetrators in black coats and face masks threatened him and then took his cell phone.

Then, the three suspects ran away on foot, traveling westbound on Halsey Street, police said.

No injuries were reported, and the incident is under investigation, officials said.
