Sade Smith, Missing 24-Year-Old, Returned on Her Own to Brooklyn Home

BED-STUY, BROOKLYN — Sade Smith, a 24-year-old woman who went missing in Bed-Stuy on Monday night, returned safely on her own to her home in Prospect Lefferts Gardens on Wednesday evening, an NYPD spokesperson told Patch.

Police were looking for Smith on Tuesday after she disappeared Monday night. She had last been seen at 9:25 p.m. at Marcy and Gates avenues in Bed-Stuy. The NYPD told Patch it didn't know why she had gone missing in the first place.
