Shirtless Brooklyn Shooter Caught on Tape
He can be seen spraying bullets down Franklin Avenue in broad daylight.

The NYPD is looking for a young man whose Friday afternoon sidewalk shooting in Crown Heights was caught on a surveillance camera. (Video below.)
At around 3:30 p.m., police say they were called to 711 Franklin Avenue on reports of a male shot.
Upon arrival, officers discovered a 22-year-old male victim with two gunshot wounds to his leg. EMS also responded to the scene and transported the victim to Kings County Hospital where he is listed in stable condition.

The suspected shooter, police say, was last seen running eastbound on Prospect Place.
He’s described as approximately six feet tall and weighing 150 pounds, “with a thin build and short black hair. He was last seen wearing blue pants, a white shirt with blue horizontal stripes and white sneakers.”
