BED-STUY, NY — A young man accused of shooting two people on a Brooklyn-bound C train was arrested Tuesday, police said.

Alexander Villafana, 20, faces charges including attempted murder and criminal possession of a weapon related to the Nov. 28 shooting that left a teenager and man injured, police said Tuesday.

Police said Villafana opened fire on a C train approaching the Ralph Avenue station about 5:40 p.m., hitting a 17-year-old on the left hand and a 57-year-old on the ankle.

Villafana ran, and the two men were transported to an area hospital in stable condition, according to the NYPD.

Villafana was expected back in court Wednesday.
