The Shelton Affordable Bed-Stuy Co-ops to Begin Closings

The Shelton, a newly constructed 14-story affordable co-op development in Bedford Stuyvesant will begin closings in early May, announced the Halstead Property Development Marketing company today.
Located at 775 Lafayette Avenue between Throop Avenue and Marcus Garvey Boulevard, The Shelton is an 83-unit middle-income building featuring one-, two- and three-bedroom layouts priced from $395,000 to $456,500 (including a penthouse with private terrace) with 986 – 992 square feet of living space, and two 1,113 SF three-bedroom homes from $445,000 to $455,000.
