Toddler Falls From 2nd-Floor Window In Bed-Stuy: NYPD, Reports

A toddler had broken bones after taking a fall from a second-floor window in Brooklyn, according to police and reports.

BED-STUY, NY — A toddler took a fall from a second-story window over the weekend, landing her in the hospital with broken bones, according to police and reports.

The 4-year-old fell about 8:30 a.m. on Madison Street near Nostrand Avenue, and landed conscious with a broken femur and hip, according to the NYPD and the New York Daily News.

Police told Patch the investigation was ongoing.

But police told the New York Daily News the death does not seem suspicious — the toddler was at home with her parents, looking out an open window when she fell.
