Tonight, Vodou Bar, as part of the Jazz Mondays series, present the Common Quartet-- a fusion of four distinct musical voices creating a soundscape of high energy interactive improvised music that embraces the jazz tradition in a modern context.
The quartet is formed as a collective by bassist Pablo Menares (Chile), pianist Nitzan Gavrieli (Israel), drummer Alex Wyatt (Colorado) and saxophonist Seth Trachy (North Carolina).
All musicians are welcome to join the jam session after 9:00 p.m. Amps will be provided so just come with your instruments!
