Woman Stabbed, Left For Dead At Bed-Stuy Apartment: NYPD, Report
A 58-year-old was found dead in the entryway of her Brooklyn apartment building, police said Wednesday.

BED-STUY, NY — A woman was stabbed and left for dead in the entryway of her Bed-Stuy apartment Tuesday, according to police and reports.
Latanya Parker, 58, was found bloodied in the entryway of her building on Fulton Street between Lewis Avenue and Marcus Garvey Boulevard about 3:15 p.m. Tuesday, according to the NYPD.
A Medical Examiner autopsy found the woman had been stabbed in the chest and had a puncture wound on her waist, the New York Daily News reported.

Parker was pronounced dead on the scene — and on Wednesday, her death was ruled a homicide, police said.
