Young Man Fatally Stabbed In Bed-Stuy: NYPD

BED-STUY, NY — A 17-year-old was fatally stabbed in Bed-Stuy Tuesday afternoon, according to NYPD.

Alex Colodner, 17, of Bed-Stuy was repeatedly stabbed about 3:55 p.m. at 522 Quincy St., according to police. He was taken to an area hospital and later pronounced dead.

One person was taken into custody related to the stabbing, police said. It was not known whether the stabber knew the 17-year-old.
