Here is a list of announced events being held Wednesday for the 9/11 anniversary:
Mount Kisco: A public service starting at 6:15 p.m. in front of the 9/11 memorial at 100 Main St. The site is located near the library and Shopper's Park. The event is hosting hosted by the Mount Kisco Fire Department.
Westchester County: A 7 p.m. service at The Rising, a memorial located at Kensico Dam Plaza in Valhalla. Parts of the service, according to County Executive Rob Astorino's office, will include a pledge of allegiance, a wreath laying, singing of "God Bless America" and the national anthem, reading names and a benediction.
