Bedford Hills Man Charged With Attempted Assault
In a separate incident, a second Bedford Hills resident is charged with harassing his mother.

Police arrested Jonathan Gonzales-Cisneros, a 23-year-old man from Bedford Hills, after he allegedly bit his wife's shoulder just after midnight on Nov. 27.
The call from the Rome Avenue residence came in around 12:50 a.m. When officers arrived on the scene, the woman said that she and Gonzales-Cisneros were arguing when he grabbed her and bit her. The bite did not break her skin but caused redness and swelling, according to police reports.
Gonzales-Cisneros was charged with attempted assault in the third degree with intent for physical injury. He was released pending an appearance in Bedford Town Court and a domestic incident report was filed.

Youth charged with harassment after threatening mother
On Nov, 27, a Bedford Hills woman called police around 7 p.m. after an argument with her son in which he threatened her and damaged property at their home—including punching walls inside the home, say Bedford police.

The 17-year-old male was charged with criminal mischief in the fourth degree with intent for property damage, harassment in the second degree and physical contact.
The youth was arraigned in Bedford Town Court and released on $1,000 pending an appearance in court on Dec. 9. An order of protection and a domestic indicent report was issued on behalf of his mother.
