Bedford Police Searching for Man Who Exposed Himself
Police are investigating a report of public lewdness on Reservoir Road in Katonah.

Bedford police are looking for a man who drove past a woman twice on Reservoir Road in Katonah before he stopped his car ahead of where she was walking, dropped his pants and exposed himself.
The woman, who had been out for a walk, ran in the opposite direction and had no further contact with the man. The incident occured just before 11 a.m. on Tuesday, police said.
The victim described the man as either Hispanic or Italian, between 5'8" and 5'10", thin build, black hair and mustache and approximately 40-50 years of age. He was driving a two-door, small green pickup truck with CT license plates.

Another report of public lewdness occured over the summer in the same area—a popular spot for joggers and walkers—with a similar suspect and vehicle, police said.
Police also received another recent report of lewdness on Old Post Road in Bedford. A female in the Hunting Ridge Mall shopping center in Bedford Village called police just after noon on Nov. 22 and said that after she drove into a parking spot, she observed a man masturbating in a gray car. She was able to obtain a partial plate. That investigating is ongoing.
