Adults will have a chance to celebrate Halloween during the "House on Haunted Hill" Costume Party at Lasdon Park, Arboretum and Veterans Memorial in Somers on Friday, Oct. 25 from 7 p.m. to 11 p.m.
The evening’s events feature beer, wine, food, live music and dancing, along with a costume contest.
There will be prizes for costumes in three categories: Most Original Costume, Scariest Costume and Best Overall Costume. Winners of the costume contest will receive tickets to one of two new off-Broadway shows: “Accidental Pervert” or “Disaster!”
Tickets are $60 per person and are available online on a first-come, first-served basis. Friends of Lasdon members and group tickets for five or more can receive a $5 discount on tickets by calling the park directly for tickets.
Tickets will not be available at the door and no one will be admitted to the party without a ticket. Proceeds from all events will benefit Lasdon’s Glass House Conservatory Trust Fund.
Lasdon Park, Arboretum and Veterans Memorial is located on Route 35 in Somers.
