5. Faces of Bedford

We often receive emails from readers asking for more profiles of the people who live here. Where to start? We're going to keep the structure of our new column "Faces of Bedford," loose—we'd like to turn the spotlight on you—Bedford and Katonah locals who care about their community. Maybe you're a fixture in town, or perhaps you're a newcomer. Perhaps you've been helpful to a neighbor—heroic, even—or inventive or a person-about-town. Feel free to nominate yourself or someone you know for this new column, by emailing LisaB@patch.com. And tune in later this morning to see who in town launches this new series.
