The inaugural Bedford Antiques Show has been announced and will be held in November at Historical Hall, which is home of the Bedford Historical Society.
“This unique event has been organized to fill a void in Northern Westchester after the Historical Society decided to retire its antique show this year,” Brad Reh, the show's producer said in a statement. “It allows well-respected dealers to continue to bring fine furniture, decorative objects, art and jewelry to a discerning and loyal clientele in an intimate venue right in their own backyard.”
The antiques show will include 16 exhibitors and will include the 18th, 19th and 20th centuries. Examples of the items include estate jewelry, English and American furniture, and hall lanterns.
The show will run on Nov. 9 from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and again on Nov. 10 from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Admission for the antiques show is $8. Folks can learn more about the event by viewing its website.
