Parent Council supports the for the 2011-2012 school year. This fiscally responsible budget, with an increase of 1.59 percent, is lower than the New York State contingent budget cap, yet maintains the integrity and high standards of our educational programs.

The is equally responsible and necessary, allowing the District to purchase replacement buses, vans and a wheelchair accessible van, which will represent the first fleet replacements since 2008-2009.

We therefore urge all voters to join us in voting “Yes” to the budget proposition and the bus proposition on May 17.

Very truly yours,

2010-2011 Katonah-Lewisboro School District’s Parent Council
