Katonah-Lewisboro School District Budget Proposes Increase

BEDFORD-KATONAH, NY—The proposed 2017-18 budget for the Katonah-Lewisboro District includes an increase of 0.89 percent over current spending.

Total proposed spending for the school year is $106,938,981. The proposed increase in the tax
levy is 1.91 percent, which is less than the state mandated tax levy increase of 2 percent.

The school district will hold an informational hearing on the proposed budget on May 4. The vote on
the budget will be held on May 16.
