Katonah Man Charged With DWI on I-84
State Police provided the following information. It does not indicate a conviction.
A 30-year-old Katonah man is facing two misdemeanor charges in connection with a recent drunken driving arrest that occurred on eastbound Interstate 84 in Patterson, according to police.
State troopers from the East Fishkill barracks arrested Angel A. Miguel-Aguilar at about 8:30 Friday night. They charged him with driving while intoxicated and aggravated driving while intoxicated. The latter typically indicates a blood-alcohol level of 0.18 percent or more. The legal limit is 0.08.
Officials released Miguel-Aguilar without bail pending a future appearance in Patterson Justice Court.
