Metro North Track Fire Update: Service at or Close to Normal on Harlem Line (PHOTOS)
Commuters posted photos to social media showed the fire appearing to come from the track's third rail.

KATONAH, NY — Metro-North Railroad said that service on the Harlem Line is back or close to normal Thursday.
A track fire started causing delays around 8:30 a.m.

KATONAH, NY — A track fire near the Katonah Metro North Station is causing delays on the Harlem Line into New York City, the MTA said on Twitter.
The MTA initially said to expect delays of about 15 to 20 minutes on the line but updated that estimate around 10 a.m. to say the delays would be about 10 minutes.
