Nino Bossi Opens New Outlet for Holiday Shopping
The shop is offering a "girls night out" shopping experience with wine and cheese for interested hosts.
Goldens Bridge resident Peter Giner has owned Nino Bossi handbags with his brother, Vincent Giner of Brewster, since 1997. But their family has been in the business long before that.
"My Dad started Tano bags in the 1950s and after getting our start with him, my brother and I branched out with Nino Bossi," said Giner, who was born and raised in Katonah. "The bags have been so popular locally that we're trying to answer the demand by opening the doors to our warehouse for the holidays."
The Nino Bossi line of leather handbags has sold in major department stores and specialty stores worldwide. An array of colors and styles are available at the warehouse, located at 127 Plainfield Ave in Bedford Hills. The outlet location is carrying the current season's collection of bags at discounted prices ranging from $80 to $140, said Giner.
