Many of the sauces are homemade, according to the story. The reviewer sampled the antipasto, zucchini flowers, and a shrimp, calamari and scallops appetizer with favorable results.

Families with picky eaters will be glad to know Margherita pizzas with "a tender, medium-thick crust in the southern Italian style" are offered as well.
