Police: DWI Babysitter Found in Harvey School Parking Lot
Bedford police said Bronx resident Erika Capelli passed out in her car while she was waiting to pick up a student for whom she is a nanny.

A 23-year-old nanny was arrested at the Harvey School in Katonah after she was found drunk and asleep at the wheel of her car, said Bedford police.
Officers reported to the school after a call came in about an unresponsive driver at the north end of a Harvey School parking lot. When they arrived, emergency responders had opened the car and attempted to rouse Erika Capelli, a Bronx resident allegedly responsible with caring for a student attending the school. She awoke and attempted to drive away.
After Capelli was prevented from leaving the scene, police interviewed Capelli and a witness, who said they had attempted to wake her earlier by banging on the window.
