Swap, Share or Donate Back to School Gear on Patch

It's that time of year when parents are filling out registration forms for sports, dance, art and other extra-curricular activities—all great ways to help kids find out what they like and where they shine.

However, the equipment, uniforms and other supplies children need to try out a new activity can make a dent in your bank account. And who has the time to do all that shopping when there are still a few beach days to be had?

So instead of visiting every dance wear store in Westchester for that size small sleeveless leotard, or coughing up $40 or more for a new pair of cleats that will last one season, see if your neighbors on Bedford-Katonah Patch have something to share, swap or donate.
