HUDSON VALLEY, NY — The hottest Thanksgiving dinner invite in Bedford this Thanksgiving requires a trip to Las Vegas via the Paris.

Chances are Martha Stewart won't be cooking for you at her famed 1925 country farmhouse in Bedford, but the next best thing is just a 7-hour flight away. At The Bedford by Martha Stewart, in the Paris Hotel Las Vegas, diners will be transported back to the rolling hills of the Hudson Valley to what is being described as an "authentic dining experience" at a replica of Stewart's iconic home right off the strip.

The flavors of the Hudson Valley figure prominently in the special holiday menu.

While it may seem like a long way to travel to enjoy a hometown experience, the uber-popular restaurant promises a feast "fit for the Food Network," with seasonal specialty items along with Stewart's classic recipes. From her famous pierogies (caviar optional) as a starter to the perfect pumpkin pie tart for dessert, the Thanksgiving dinner might have you forgetting you ever left the Westchester countryside.

The Bedford will, of course, also be offering Thanksgiving staples like traditional herb butter roasted turkey breast and leg confit roulade, Big Martha’s potato puree, haricot verts, bread stuffing, roasted heirloom baby carrots and white wine-sage gravy.
