What Does the Rain Make You Want to Do?

It's 5 things you need to know Thursday (and suggestions for things to do in the rain).

1. All of this rain makes us want to stay inside and read (Welcome, bloggers!)

There's nothing like a brand-spanking new pair of spring shoes or a new lightweight jacket to wear when the weather warms up and the sun comes out...if we ever see the sun again! All of this rain is making me remember freezing while wearing new Easter dresses as a child in Rochester, NY—where it is definitely not warm enough for new dresses in spring. Where are we going with all of this? If you're feeling like splurging on some new threads for the next warm, dry day, check out some of the sales sprouting up around town. For example, the "Super Spring Sale" starts tomorrow and goes through Sunday, merch is up to 70 percent off. Happy shopping.

3. All this rain makes us want to go to a museum (Contemporary art fans will want to check this out)
