Memoir Writing Workshop, BOE Special Meeting

1. The Bellmore-Merrick Central High School District will have a special meeting in which the Board of Education will adopt a resolution for its proposed capital project to present to voters on Monday at 5:30 p.m.

2. Calling all writers! Bellmore Memorial Library will host its Memoir Writing Workshop on Tuesday at 10:30 a.m. Florence Gatto and Beverly Kotch will help attendees get their creative juices running!

3. Kennedy High School will host its Fall Guidance Program for ninth graders on Wednesday at 7 p.m.

4. Enjoy an afternoon movie at the North Bellmore Public Library on Wednesday at 1:45 p.m. This week the library will present "Anna Karenina."
