Amityville Man Accused Of Gang Assault, Robbery In Brentwood
He was arrested Jan. 17 after investigation into an incident Jan. 6, police said.
BRENTWOOD, NY — An Amityville man faces two felony charges for an incident Jan. 6 in Brentwood.
Brayan Jimenez Avila was charged with Gang Assault 1st Degree and Robbery 1st Degree for an incident, Suffolk police said.
At 1:30 p.m. Jan. 6 on Crooked Hill Road, he displayed what appeared to be a knife before he punched and kicked someone in the head, causing injury, police said, then stole a vape and cash from the victim before fleeing.
