Firefighters extinguished flames that broke out in a Long Island home on Wednesday, Suffolk County police told Patch.

CENTRAL ISLIP, NY — Firefighters extinguished flames that broke out in a Long Island home on Wednesday, Suffolk County police told Patch.

Police said that around 4:10 p.m., they received a call reporting a fire at a home located at 58 Brightside Ave. in Central Islip.

No injuries reported, police said.

The Suffolk County Arson Squad responded to the scene and is investigating.
