Shooting Kills 1 On Long Island: Police
A man was shot and killed while sitting in his vehicle at home on Long Island on Sunday, according to Suffolk County Police.
CENTRAL ISLIP, NY – A man was shot and killed in Central Islip on Sunday, according to Suffolk County Police.
Gustavo Godinez-Carcamo, 40, was sitting in a parked vehicle in the driveway of his home on Anne Lane when a passenger in the vehicle shot him around 11:15 p.m. and then fled the scene on foot, police said.
Godinez-Carcamo was transported to South Shore University Hospital in Bay Shore where he was pronounced dead, police said.
