Thieves Wanted After Stealing Gold, Watches, Coins In Brentwood: PD

Suffolk police are searching for thieves who stole watches, gold bars, coins, and sports memorabilia from Wieco Wire and Cable in Brentwood.

BRENTWOOD, NY — The Suffolk County Police Department is asking for the public's public's help identifying the person or people who burglarized a Brentwood business in September.

According to police, they forced entry into Wieco Wire and Cable Inc. at 161 Rodeo Dr. the night of Sept. 28 and stole gold bars, high end watches, coins and sports memorabilia.

The items are valued at about $500,000, police said.
