Town of Islip To Host Annual 9/11 Remembrance Service
The Town of Islip will come together to remember those who died on September 11, 2001, officials say.
ISLIP, NY- The Town of Islip will come together to remember those who died on September 11, 2001, including the 90 Islip residents who perished in the attacks.
On Wednesday at 5 p.m., the Town of Islip will hold the annual 9/11 Memorial Ceremony at Veterans Memorial Park, located next to Islip Town Hall.
Residents are invited to join Suffolk County officials and community members on the grounds to reaffirm the vow that, "We will never forget."
