Back To School: Tuckahoe 2023-24 School Calendar

TUCKAHOE, NY — Back-to-school planning has already begun in Tuckahoe, with calendars available to help parents prepare for the first day in the Tuckahoe Union Free School District.

Heading into the upcoming school year, some dates are subject to change. Here is the list of dates to know for this school year:

11/10 Veterans Day (schools closed)
11/23-24 Thanksgiving Recess (schools closed)

12/22-29 Winter Recess (schools closed)

January

1/1-2 New Year's Day recess (schools closed)
1/3 Schools Reopen
1/15 Martin Luther King Jr. Day (schools closed)

February

2/19-23 Mid-Winter Recess (schools closed)

School officials said it's the district's intent to remotely instruct in the event that it exceeds one closing day. Should the district be unable to do this, the following days will be converted back to student days in this order: 4/1, 3/29, 3/28 and 3/27.
