The Bronxville Committee for Non-Partisan Nomination and Election of School Trustees (NPC) is seeking candidates for its membership. The NPC was formed in 1936 to foster the election of Trustees of the Bronxville School on a non-partisan basis. Each year, the NPC’s purpose is to solicit and nominate village residents who are interested in serving as School Trustee in the annual May school-district election.
The NPC has 21 members, consisting of three elected representatives from each of the village’s seven voting districts. The NPC conducts elections for one open seat in each district on an annual basis. Members serve a three-year term. The members elected this spring will begin serving in July 2013.
