Bronxville Troop 5 Kicks Off Recruiting with Service Project

**Join Bronxville Scouts Troop 5! Adventure Awaits!**

Are you ready for adventure, learning, and leadership? Bronxville Scouts Troop 5 is recruiting boys from 6th to 12th grade to join our exciting scouting community. Whether you're an experienced camper or just starting out, Troop 5 welcomes boys of all experience levels.

Our first event of the season is on **Saturday, September 14th**, where we’ll be camping out on the Bronxville Village Hall lawn with the Cub Scouts and participating in a community service project earlier in the day. It's a great way to meet new friends and kick off the scouting year with purpose!

### Why Join Bronxville Troop 5?

- **Weekly Meetings**: We meet every Tuesday at the Bronxville Scout Cabin from **6:30 to 8 PM**. Learn new skills, plan for trips, and bond with your fellow scouts.

- **Monthly Campouts**: Troop 5 camps out almost every month during the school year. This fall, we have exciting trips planned to **Montauk, Saratoga, and upstate New York**.

- **Summer Scout Camp**: Spend a week at scout camp each summer, honing your outdoor skills, making lifelong friends, and having a blast.

- **Life Skills**: Beyond the great outdoors, you'll learn essential skills like cooking both at home and in the wild, trail navigation, leadership, and more.

- **Join Anytime**: You can join Troop 5 at any age, whether you’re new to scouting or continuing from Cub Scouts.

-**Device Free**: One rule we have is no devices with the scouts. We want them to be present at events.
