Candidates Forum Upcoming In Tuckahoe
There are contested races for mayor and village trustee posts.
TUCKAHOE, NY — A forum for the two candidates for Tuckahoe Village mayor and candidates for the two village trustee seats will take place Oct. 24, coordinated by the League of Women Voters of New Rochelle.
- WHERE: Tuckahoe Village Hall, 65 Main Street
- WHEN: 7 p.m. Oct. 24.
The event will be streamed live and replayed on Optimum Channel 75 and FIOS Channel 26 up to election day, Nov. 7.
Candidates for mayor are incumbent Omayra Andino (D, Bipartisan) and Scooter Scott (R, Common Sense).

Candidates for Village Trustee are Claudia Demaio-Francis (R, Common Sense), incumbent Joshua Gaccione (D, Bipartisan), Danny Lang (R, Common Sense), and incumbent Darryl L. Taylor (Bipartisan). Gaccione and Taylor have responded that they will attend.
An LWV trained moderator from outside Tuckahoe will conduct the forum.
