Today Eastchester's Liz DeCecco, the winner of Baskin-Robbins' “Create Baskin's Next Favorite Flavor Contest” will be traveling to Baskin-Robbins’ culinary kitchen in Burbank to create the very first batch of her winning "OREO Cookie Dough Obsession" ice cream flavor.
The third annual contest invited ice cream enthusiasts nationwide to become digital dessert chefs by virtually mixing their own ingredients to create a new ice cream flavor.
Liz will be working with Baskin-Robbins’ culinary team to bring her flavorful combination of chocolate fudge ice cream with a whipped cream ribbon, OREO cookie pieces and cookie dough pieces to life for the very first time, and the flavor will be available in Baskin-Robbins locations nationwide as pre-packaged quarts in December.
