Stroll along the avenue and you will find special sales in the stores.will hold an Adoption Day from 11 -3 p.m. will host a wine tasting. People’s United Bank, Bronxville’s newest bank, will celebrate their grand opening in grand style. They will hand outgifts to the first 50 people to come to the bank, they will raffle a $1000 gift card, and there will be refreshments. The radio station WFAS will broadcast live from the branch from 11:00 until 1:00p.m. What a great way to spend your day!
Saturday is also the last session of the Winter Farmer’s Market. This series of four indoormarkets has been quite a successful addition to the regular Farmer’s Market, which will kick offits 2011 season on Saturday, May 28. Stop by and support this true green market.
