Guided Group Meditation Today in Bronxville
Organizers encourage people in the area to come by and "learn to quiet your mind and experience the many health benefits that meditation offers."
Spruce Home and Garden is hosting a free guided group meditation today. The meditation will be led by Stephanie Filardi of the Bronxville Wellness Sanctuary.
The event begins at 7 p.m. and runs up until 8 p.m. at the store. Organizers encourage people in the area to come by and "learn to quiet your mind and experience the many health benefits that meditation offers."
