Nolan Likely Returned To County Legislature For District 15
The incumbent Republican was challenged by former legislator Democrat Ruth Walter.

BRONXVILLE, NY — Republican James Nolan leads challenger Ruth Walter, a Democrat, to represent Bronxville and Yonkers in the Westchester County Board of Legislators for District 15.
According to unofficial results from the Westchester County Board of Elections, Nolan received 53 percent of the vote, with Walter receiving 47 percent.
Nolan, 34, of Yonkers, has served one term as legislator. He has worked at the Yonkers Department of Public Works and as a custodian at Yonkers Public School.

Walter, 57, of Bronxville, served as a Westchester County legislator from 2020 to 2022 and is small business owner.
