Severe Thunderstorm Warning Issued For Lower Hudson Valley

LOWER HUDSON VALLEY, NY — No sooner was a severe thunderstorm watch issued for the Hudson Valley than a severe thunderstorm warning was issued.

At 2:16 p.m. Monday, the National Weather Service issued a severe thunderstorm warning for southern Westchester and Rockland counties.

The warning is in effect until 3:45 p.m. Monday.
